The video above takes you through the most important points. In the main Funeral screen, click the Funeral Wizard button to start the process. You don't need to know everything when using the wizard, e.g. if Places for some events are not yet determined, they can be left blank. Obit will warn you if fields are mandatory. In the Places screen, take care to enter a future date in the field for service date - this will place the funeral in the dashboard until such time as the actual Service Date/Time is entered. In the Notes screen, you can enter as much text as necessary to inform all colleagues who will be notified on creation of a new funeral regarding issues and important information about the funeral and arrangements.
