When you are creating a document template in Obit, the first two icons in the top menu are most important; the first allows you to 'insert token' and the second - the lightbulb icon - allows you to 'Insert Data Table'
The tables give the user a set of options for handling different groups of funeral data.
This article explains what each option will generate in a final document.

8. Total Arrangements Table - no text - this totals all Merchandise and Arrangements without the 'total including arrangement and supervision'

10. Merchandise Table 1 - this lists all Merchandise without price
11. Merchandise Indented Table - Merchandise with indented prices
12. Services Merchandise Arrangements - this lists all Services, Merchandise and Arrangements (indented prices) and then shows the Total
Disbursements
13. Disbursements Table - lists all Disbursements
14. Disbursements Table no text - this is the same as above without the 'Total Disbursements' and with item prices indented
15. Disbursements Indented Table - same as first but with item prices indented
16. Disbursements Indented Table Alt - this alternative pushes the total out to the right column
Items
17. Items Table - this is a special case and is used in any 'Itemised' document. Merchandise is listed as Expenses and then Services and Arrangements
Totals
18 Total Table - simply the Total Funeral account
19 Total Table with payment - shows the total funeral account and any payments received and calculated balance
20. Total Table with Late Payment SOA - this is a special case where an Admin charge can be levied and discounts offered for early settlement
