The Dashboard is designed to give you a quick overview of what is happening in your business.

Current Funeral Count

The Dashboard shows you the overall funeral count for your business, showing This Month, Last Month and Year Total. It also breaks it down by company/branch. These are colour-coded so if you customise their colours in the Company config you will see it reflected here.

Modes

There are two main modes you can use on the Dashboard: Pre-Funeral and Post-Funeral. You can switch between these modes by clicking on the button displaying the current mode. i.e. If you are in Pre-Funeral and want to switch to Post-Funeral, simply click on Pre-Funeral and it will toggle.

Pre-Funeral Mode

Here you will see the status of all the Status Checks you have configured for all your funerals which have yet to have their service or which will have it today. This mode is focused on ensuring you can quickly see that everything is ready the Funeral and all your staff have seen and confirmed their tasks.

Post-Funeral

Here you can check on all funerals whose service date has passed. This mode is more focused on tasks you have to complete after the funeral has been completed such as Invoicing.

Staff Confirmation Status

In each funeral you will see the current confirmation status of any staff members assigned to tasks in the funeral. These are colour coded as follows:

From the Rota view you can send these tasks emails and see them update in the Dashboard as Staff members confirm. See Using Scheduling for more details.
