Before exporting any data, please ensure that
- All Items used in your client have appropriate Nominal Codes associated with them.
- You have Admin privileges
To start an export, you need to select the target application from the drop-down and the export mode.
In Export Mode: Default all unexported records will be included. This is recommended if you are doing monthly or weekly exports so nothing gets missed.
In Export Mode: Date Range you can set your own date range to include. Any items within this date range that have already been exported will not be included.
You can download the generated files by clicking the download button.
You will need to follow the instructions of your Accounting Package to import these files. Once you are happy that the correct data set has been imported into your package, you can click the imported button that will flag the file and all affected records.
How can I tell if a record has been exported?
In the Accounting & Finance section of any funeral, the status of any Invoice is shown by the status icon beside the Invoice icon - it will simply indicate Exported or Not Exported
